2023 has begun. 76 years of slavery of Kashmiris and 76 years of freedom team of Azad Kashmir, a long time, three generations have passed that the dream of freedom in the eyes has covered the soil of the grave, that those who are waiting and some like me have seen Lake Dheel and its views. I want to see, but the song of freedom is still felt close to now. 76 years of our semi-independence and the slavery of the oppressed people of Occupied Kashmir are about to be completed. The nation is one, but the conditions on both sides of the blood line are completely different. Those sacrifices. are creating the great story of and we are dying those days and nights of helplessness and we are not doing anything else in this celebration except registering protest in the United Nations and other institutions. They are multiplying their share of all the blessings and beauties of life.
While the people of the occupied valley are enduring a long period of struggle, the end of which is not visible yet. If we look at our history of Kashmir, we have not been slaves for centuries. As a Muslim nation, Kashmiris had indicated the accession of Pakistan to the political platform in 1947.
After the independence of Pakistan, the brave people of Azad Kashmir liberated Azad Kashmir through military struggle. Just think how limited the resources were at that time, but still Kashmir actually chose struggle, but today we are not moving towards struggle. The goal of freedom could not be achieved through symbolic protest. History is a witness that when Muslims went to Badr, Talwar Aratai, angels were also sent to Mad.
If they had sat in Madinah and wished that only the angels would fight the infidels at Badr, it would have been impossible. The progress and success of the nations actually owes to Jihad. Sacrificed his profession and everything, Quaid-e-Azam and other great leaders worked hard day and night to achieve Pakistan.
Quaid-e-Azam believed in action, his words are also work, work and work, we Kashmiris will have to be a part of Jihad in practice. What benefits did the Azadi Movement get? Did the atrocities on the Kashmiris stop on the border? Did the firing stop? No, nothing like that will happen. A lot of rupees will be spent from the national treasury to celebrate the day. And the next day we got busy with religious life and forgot about the freedom movement. There is only one way to succeed against the enemy. Jihad and only Jihad, we should not sell burgers to our coming generation, but we have to make Jihadis, we have to make Mujahids, we have to make those who sacrifice for the sake of Islam, we have to make them follow the principles of Islam, the way to success of Muslims is practical, hard work, practical Jihad, practical work. The way is, we have to nurture the generation of characters like Muhammad Qasim and Salahuddin Ayyubi.
We have to train our future generation in such a way and make such a plan of action that the future generation does not just celebrate this day but actually liberate the land of Kashmir through hard work so that we can be called a free nation in the true sense. Every year, we celebrate all days regarding Kashmir, especially Kashmir Solidarity Day, and think that the duty has been fulfilled. Ask your conscience that surely the duty is fulfilled. Is our responsibility that much? Is it really hard work or jihad and fighting is not our destination. Is my only duty to the people of Azad Kashmir and the government of Azad Kashmir to be a symbolic protest?
