KARACHI: An increase in the value of the dollar is being seen in the interbank.

The dollar had closed at Rs 220.84 at the end of the last business week.

On the first day of the business week today, Monday, the dollar rose marginally against the rupee in the interbank market, with the dollar gaining 16 paise.

The interbank rate of one dollar has risen to Rs 221 against the rupee.
