Does a good breakfast help in weight loss?

It is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and eating on a full stomach in the morning helps in weight loss.

But is this idea really correct? A new one research I have answered it.

In fact, whether eaten in large quantities in the morning or at any other time of the day, it has no effect on the body’s ability to burn calories.

But people who eat a hearty breakfast feel less hungry for the rest of the day, which can make it easier to lose weight.

16 men and 14 women were recruited for the study at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland.

For 4 weeks, each subject was given a high-fat diet in the morning or evening, while caloric restriction was maintained the rest of the time.

After 4 weeks, a balanced diet was administered throughout the day for one week.

The researchers found that the rate of burning calories for energy and the rate of body weight loss were similar in those who ate the high-fat diet in the morning or in the evening.

Over the course of 4 weeks, these individuals lost an average of 3 kg in body weight.

But the researchers also discovered that people who ate a good breakfast felt fuller throughout the day, which may be more helpful for real-world weight loss.

The researchers now plan to take the research further to find out how the timing of meals affects metabolism.

The results of this study were published in the journal Cell.
