If Maharaja Hari Singh had not enacted the law of the inhibited state, the people of the state of Jammu and Kashmir would not only have lost their lands and properties but also lost their cultural identity long ago.

 It not only banned the purchase of land and property for foreigners within the state but also allocated employment opportunities within the state to the people of the state and closed the doors of state jobs to foreigners.

 This law not only gave the people of the state comparative superiority despite fewer resources and less education but also protected the people of the state from external economic and cultural aggression. This law is a testament to the understanding, patriotism, and people-friendliness of the great Dogra ruler Maharaja Hari Singh that no power in the world can ever deny.
