Question papers sold for 30 lakhs in sub inspector recruitment scam

Jammu. In the SI recruitment scam in Jammu and Kashmir, the accused had provided the question paper of the examination by taking 20 to 30 lakh rupees. The amount was paid with the consent of the candidates and their family members who appeared in the recruitment examination. This disclosure has been made by the CBI probing the case. The CBI said that the whole case was done by a gang from Haryana with some teachers from Jammu and Kashmir, some serving and retired employees of CRPF, police and employees of Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (SSB).
JKSSB had entrusted the recruitment process to an agency in Bangalore. Its papers were published in Haryana. After this these papers were leaked at different places. All the above people are included in the paper leakers. Sources say that many people including former Jammu and Kashmir SSB chairman Khalid Jehangir, controller Ashok Kumar are also involved in the recruitment scam of Financial Accounts Assistant (FAA). Although the CBI has acted only on the FIR registered in the recruitment of SI, but the CBI has come to know that the same people are also involved in the scam in the recruitment of JE Civil.

Action in Khud, Domana and Akhnoor in police SI recruitment scam
The investigation and inquiry lasted for eight hours at the Hazuribagh residence of the Controller of Examinations
Joudian/Domana/Akhnoor. In the police SI recruitment scam, the CBI also conducted raids in Jyodian, Domana and Akhnoor on Tuesday. During this, the people in whose homes the action was taken were completely under security. Neither anyone was allowed to go out of the house nor anyone from outside was allowed to enter inside. Along with the interrogation, the CBI team also seized important documents and incriminating material related to the scam.
CBI raided four houses in Khaur on Tuesday in the SI exam scam. These include Chaudhrewala, elder brother of forest guard and ASI Ashok Kumar, resident of Tarsem Lal, teacher Vijay Kumar resident of Karkala and teacher Jagdish Raj resident Narayan, Sunil Pagotra resident Mattu (police constable). Earlier on August 5, the CBI had raided the house of Rohit Chaudhary, Ashok Kumar resident of Chaudhrewala (Palanwala), Kanachak police station in Mattu village of Khaur, the house of ASI Ashok Kumar. The CBI raided the houses of Ashwani Kumar, resident of Khastyal (Palanwala) and Rajwal, resident of DDC Bhushan Baral of Tehsil Jyodian, ward no.
In Akhnoor, CBI raided two places and investigated. Searched the houses of the accused in village Sauhal and Chaughare Aala. The team investigated for two hours and seized important documents and other suspicious items including bank passbooks. Earlier also, the CBI had raided several places in Akhnoor and Khor, including the houses of policemen and retired CRPF jawans and libraries in Akhnoor. The CBI has made many people accused. A search operation was conducted at the house of Ashok Kumar, the controller of examination of JK SSB, a resident of Hazuribagh in Domana area. The search operation lasted from 8 am to 4.15 pm. Ashok Kumar is presently posted as Mission Director in the National Higher Education Department. In the eight-hour search operation of the CBI, the team carried the documents in a small bag.
