Srinagar, September 27 (KMS) A 17-year-old youth has gone missing from Islamabad district of South Kashmir in illegally occupied Indian Jammu and Kashmir.
Owais Gulzar, a resident of Bujbahara area of ​​the district, has been missing since September 21. Owais left home for Srinagar on September 17 on some work, his family told reporters. We were in touch with them for a few days. He said that his phone has been switched off since September 21. The youth’s family has lodged a missing report in the concerned police station and appealed to the public for help in tracing him. It is worth mentioning that during the last 33 years, more than 8 thousand Kashmiris have gone missing after being arrested by the Indian army and police. Owais’s family fears that the same fate may befall him.
