Along with this, the people of Jammu and Kashmir including traders, transporters, shopkeepers have suffered losses. There is no person from Lakhanpur to Tangdhar who is not harmed. In such a situation, when we are taking land from them, increasing electricity charges, we are not in a position to pay property tax. Explain that the former Chief Minister said that Article 370 was abrogated in the last four years, in 2019 Jammu and Kashmir was converted into a UT. He has no income, so how will he pay tax. According to the information, he said that there is no problem in paying taxes to our people, but there should be income first.
