After Kashmir, the minimum temperature in many districts of Jammu division has also reached near zero. Changes are about to come in the dry weather that has been going on in Kashmir for a long time.

The Meteorological Department has predicted fresh snowfall and rain from December 9. Snowfall may occur in the higher reaches as well as in the lower regions. The snowfall will continue till December 10 evening.
