Meanwhile, the Jammu and Kashmir administration has issued orders to withdraw the ongoing anti-encroachment drive against Kashmiri Pandits, migrant workers. Meanwhile, instructions have been issued to all the Deputy Commissioners of Kashmir regarding this.
For your information, let us tell you that this decision has been taken after the meeting of Union Territory Chief Secretary Arun Kumar Mehta with all the Deputy Commissioners and District SSPs. It is being told that it has been said in the meeting that the Deputy Commissioners of Kashmir Division will monitor and maintain a data regarding the return of Kashmiri Pandit families and PM package employees in their respective districts.
Also, in the meanwhile, the order states that all Deputy Commissioners and District Superintendents of Police of Kashmir Division will ensure all possible cooperation to the employees/migrants returning to the Valley and ensure security during their stay in the Valley.

Also, with regard to the agitating employees, it has been decided that all the concerned Secretaries/DCs of Kashmir Division will ensure that the salaries of the current month are released immediately to the Prime Minister’s Package employees resuming duty in the Valley and appropriate Allowing pending salary to be given after resolution of absence period. Along with this, in another important decision, it was said that the encroachment on state land and pasture land should be removed as per clear instructions. Also, for any adverse court order/ground in this regard, the concerned officer/advocate will be held responsible and removed with immediate effect.
