Jammu Kashmir: 2 tippers caught in this way on charges of illegal mining of minerals

For your information, let us tell you that this news is from the Kashmir division of Jammu and Kashmir, where in the past, the police, achieving a major success, detained two trucks stealing minerals.

It is reported that the police team of Jammu and Kashmir’s Budgam police station stopped 02 tippers loaded with illegally excavated soil during naka duty at Narkara today. It is reported that these two tippers were going from one area to another after stealing soil. Police stopped the truck and searched it and detained two persons involved in the incident. Along with this, police also seized 02 tippers.

The arrested drivers have been identified as Mohd Yusuf Reshi s/o Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din r/o Daphpora Budgam and Mohd Yunus Hajam s/o Ab Gani Hajam r/o Naraka Budgam. Please tell that the number of both the tippers seized are JK04A-8691, JK05B-4571.

Presently both the drivers are in police custody and FIR No. 55/2023 and 56/2023 have been registered against them under relevant sections of law.
