According to the information, a new committee has been constituted to investigate the illegal appointments General Administration Department (GAD) Secretary Piyush Singla said in an order on Monday that a committee will be formed to investigate the matter related to the appointment of faculty members in Jekimpard in violation of the rules. The formation is approved. Also, this five-member panel will be headed by Additional Chief Secretary (Home), while Director General JKIMPARD, GAD Secretary, Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Secretary and Director General (Code), Finance Department will be its members. The committee will also look into the number of Governing Council meetings required. The panel will evaluate the overall functioning of IMPARD over the last five years and submit its recommendations for improving the work and academic environment, management efficiency and institutional integrity on a sustainable basis. This committee will submit its report within one month from the date of issue of the order. Explain that IMPARD was established in 1986 as an autonomous society.
