For your information, let us tell you that the news is that for the first time in Jammu and Kashmir, examinations are going to be held under a uniform academic calendar. Board examinations will start from the schools falling in the soft zone. For this, the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education has released the datesheet for class 10th, 11th and 12th board exams. A total of 416104 students will take the exam in these three board classes. For this, 4175 examination centers have been set up. Of these, 3542 are in soft zone and 633 are in hard zone. Along with this, the 10th board exams will start from March 9, while that of 12th is from March 8 and 11th from March 6. According to the information, this time the maximum number of 148695 students are in the 10th class in the board classes. There are 139375 students in 11th and 128034 students in 12th. Examination centers number 2069 and 2106 have been set up in hard and soft zones in Kashmir and Jammu divisions.
Also, it is being told that there are a total of 20300 students in classes 10th, 11th and 12th in Jammu division. For these, 2106 examination centers have been set up. Of these, 1656 centers are soft and 450 are in hard zones. There are 80000 students in class 10th, 68000 in class 11th and 55000 in class 12th. The number of students appearing for the 10th and 12th board exams in Ladakh is 1495. For these, 27 examination centers have been set up. There are 832 students in 10th and 663 in 12th.
Along with this, there are total 213104 students in 10th, 11th and 12th board classes in Kashmir division. 2069 examination centers have been set up for them. Of these, 1886 centers are in the soft zone, while 183 are in the hard zone. There are 68695 students in class 10th, 71375 in class 11th, 73034 in class 12th.
