SHOPIAN- (Azadi Times) A retired teacher who was missing from his home since the last day was found dead under suspicious circumstances in the Faripora area of Shopian district on Friday:
News Agency – Kashmir News Observer (KNO) quoted an official. Abdul Ghani Rather (age 66), a resident of Pudso village in Shopian, was missing since Thursday. He said that today some local people saw a dead body in Nala Vishav of Feripora, after which a police party reached the spot and recovered the body.
The officer said that the deceased was not mentally well, he was missing since yesterday, and the body was recovered today. He further said that the body was handed over to the heirs after completing the legal and medical requirements. Meanwhile, the police have started further investigation in this regard
