Investigating Officers Muhammad Ali and Muhammad Iqbal, Constables, Jamil Ahmed. He will be accompanied by Basharat Kayani and Lady Constable Shakeela.
The center will be joined by the public on issues such as encroachments, fights, domestic issues, minor disputes between traders, customers, and building owners, bounce check issues, transporters and rides. Consumer issues, issues, and other disputes due to which people get involved in long cases in police stations and courts and get malpractices and waste of time and money. All three are spent in cases for a long time, through local dignitaries and trustees in the center. At the request of the complainant, the matter will be settled without FIR. This system is prevalent in developed countries of the world but our police is still functioning under the 1861 Police Act made by the British. Police Order 2002 is prevalent in Pakistan but in Azad Kashmir. I have not been able to implement this order to date. Compared to Punjab, KP, and other provinces, Azad Jammu and Kashmir Police is very understanding and cooperating with the oppressed. That is why there are many applications throughout the year but FIRs are rarely registered. Resolving petty disputes between people at the police station level with the cooperation of the community reduces animosity, increases brotherhood. After City Police Station, Civil Secretariat Police Station, Saddar Police Station, and then Pattika and Garhi Dupatta will also open these centers so that people Riaz Haider Bukhari further said that soon we are introducing an e-help app through which the people will be able to report any crime, error, quarrel, accident at will and their name will be kept secret. There will be no need for the police to appear or give a statement, the app will be monitored directly from the SSP’s office where the police will reach the scene with the help of a GPS system and IP address.
The data of the criminals are being computerized which will include the name of the criminal, birth certificate, ID card number, and biometric details of the crime. This will help in tracing the crime quickly and catching the habitual criminals, the SSP said. Credit City Inspector Rashid Habib Masoodi for his role in preventing, arresting criminals, and significantly reducing crime. Appreciated Gay and said that Azad Kashmir Police is fortunate to have good officers available.
