Baramulla, Jammu & Kashmir (Azadi Times)– After spending five years in an Indian jail, Engineer Rashid, the Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Awami Ithehad Party and a Member of Parliament from Jammu and Kashmir, has been released.

According to media reports, Rashid was granted bail in preparation for the upcoming Jammu Kashmir Legislative Assembly elections.

On his return to his hometown of Baramulla, Engineer Rashid was greeted with overwhelming support.
