Modi’s brother protests demanding implementation of West Bengal Ration Model in India

New Dehli: PM Modi’s brother protests at Jantar-Mantar, demanding implementation of the West Bengal Ration Model in the country.


The AIFPSDF has 9 demands which include compensation for losses on rice, wheat and sugar sold at fair rate shops as well as edible oil and pulses. 


Prahlad Modi, brother of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and vice president of All India Fair Price Shop Dealers Federation (AIFPSDF) today protested against the central government at Jantar-Mantar. Because of some demands from the All India Fair Price Shop Dealers Federation, Prahlad Modi and other members of the organization gathered at Jantar-Mantar and raised slogans. 


Meanwhile, he said that the representative delegation of AIFPSDF will soon submit a proposal to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that the organization’s demands will be listed in the petition and the Prime Minister will be informed about them.


The AIFPSDF has 9 demands, including demand for compensation for losses on rice, wheat and sugar as well as edible oil and pulses sold at fair-rate shops. Apart from this, they are also demanding that the West Bengal ration model of free distribution be implemented across the country. 

Prahlad Modi says that the AIFPSDF will hold a national executive meeting on Wednesday, in which the future policy will be decided.
