Rawalkot (Dharti News) Azad Jammu and Kashmir Election Commission has fixed February 13 as the date of swearing-in of the councilors who won the seats reserved for youth, women and farmers in the second phase of local body elections. According to the circular issued by the Election Commission, the elected councilors of the district council, municipal corporation and municipal committees will be sworn in by the deputy commissioners, while the assistant commissioners will take the oath of others. Now in the third phase, the schedule for the election of mayor and chairman will be released.
