Naveen Kumar Chaudhary visited Baramulla


BARAMULLA:- (Daily AMV Tribune) Principal Secretary Agricultural Production and Farmers Welfare Naveen Kumar Chaudhary visited Baramulla District and there he reviewed the overall development situation of the district: 

The purpose was to anticipate their concerns regarding development works. DDC members raised several grievances and demanded timely redressal of their grievances. DDC Chairperson Safina Baig gave a presentation in which she spoke on development work. He highlighted a number of important issues. He also reviewed various issues and demands related to development concerns and requested personal intervention from the Principal Secretary to meet the development aspirations. The Principal Secretary listened to him carefully. He assured that all the development concerns of PRI would be met. He termed him as the real agent of socio-economic development at the grassroots level. 


The Principal Secretary also issued instructions to various concerned officers on the spot regarding resolving various issues related to developmental concerns. Presided over a separate meeting with the leaders. He reviewed the pace and position of some major development projects undertaken by various executive agencies in the district. The Principal Secretary, after conducting departmental and comprehensive review, urged the officers to strictly adhere to the time allotted for the completion of development projects. He directed to use all available resources productively. D-Naveen Chowdhury also called for the inclusion of modern farming methods, including organic and sustainable farming, which have the potential to create more opportunities for our farmers. 


He also directed the farmers to keep abreast of the latest information and spread awareness about various welfare schemes and programs at the grass root level.
