According to Javed Abbasi, a citizen of Murree, the collusion of the Murree Finance Department and the land mafia has deprived me of hundreds of kanals of land owned by the Jadi, adjacent to the Murree Expressway. Written complaints have also been filed 11 times on the Prime Minister’s portal, yet no hearing is taking place, there are degrees and court decisions in my favor, but the powerful mafia is not allowing implementation. I have not sold even one marla of my land, but the influential land mafia has allegedly sold the land from other places and seized hundreds of kanals of my land. I am the owner as per de facto 57/1956 but the valuable land of the petitioner has been misappropriated by forgery with the connivance of the revenue department and the influential land mafia.

He said that I have registered my case online from England with the Deputy Commissioner Prosecution and Seizures Commission with reference 373530-1 no dated 31-3-2016, which also did not get any solution for correctness of my land records in the Finance Department since 2004. I have also given written requests to the higher authorities, but despite the passage of many years, I am still deprived of my owned land and I am tired of giving requests in this regard. It is not being implemented by the Department of Land Records. They have appealed to the Chief Justice of Pakistan, the President of Pakistan, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the Chief Minister of Punjab to remove the illegal possession of his land and to ban all kinds of constructions and buying and selling on my land.
