Rawalakot (Azadi Times), An FIR has been registered against a total of 21 people through two different FIRs in Datot Police Station:
Azadi Times: According to the DSP Headquarters Rawalakot (Pakistan-administered Kashmir) a total of 9 people have been arrested while the rest Raids are being conducted for the arrest of these persons.
It is alleged that from July 2 to July 7, they stopped the vehicles by erecting barriers on the main roads due to which ordinary passengers faced severe difficulties in Tain Dhalkot.
Among the 13 accused who have been registered in the FIR for blocking the main highway are Muhammad Afaq, Zulfiqar alias Bhutto, Asad Kabir, Wasif Kabir, Khaizar Hayat, Syed, Zohaib Gulzar, Aftab Saeed, Mohammad Razzaq, Zohaib. Zulfiqar, Ghayoor, Zahid and Thoban Kashmiri are included. A case has been registered against these people on the report of police station Jandala.
The report says that some of these people who were leading the protest blocked the road for 6 days. , aerial firing, spread fear and panic, during which there were long queues of vehicles due to which passengers faced severe difficulties. The FIR included 341, 337, APC provisions will do. The second FIR has been filed against 8 people in Datot police station on the charge of blocking the main road from Jandathi Bazar. Section 341 EPC has been added to this FIR. Nisar, Dawood, Tariq, Shiraz, Dr. Faheem and Raja Naveed are included.
They are also accused of keeping the main highway closed. It should be noted that these main roads leading to Rawalkot, Muzaffarabad, Bagh and Rawalpindi, Islamabad were blocked by protestors from different places.
The protestors were protesting against loadshedding of electricity in diffrenet cities of Pakistan-administered Jammu Kashmir. should be declared load-shedding-free. During this time, the administration of the district and divisional police and police orders were also negotiated, but the protesters refused to open the road. Later, on the sixth day, the road was opened by itself, even though the demand was not fulfilled. According to police orders, none of these persons have been arrested yet.
