Four more deaths were confirmed in Balochistan due to rains in the last 24 hours, the death toll in the province has reached 267.
A total of 64 thousand 385 houses were damaged across the province while various highways covering 1500 km were also severely affected.
According to the report released by the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), 4 more deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours due to rain and flood related accidents.
Since June 1, 267 people have died in Balochistan, including 126 men, 59 women and 82 children.
Maximum 27 deaths were reported from Quetta, while 21 deaths each were reported from Lasbela and Zhob while 166 people were injured in various accidents during rains across the province.
A total of 64 thousand 385 houses were damaged in Balochistan due to floods and rains.
So far, standing crops on a total of 2 lakh acres of land have been damaged, 22 bridges have collapsed in flood channels in the province.
