Instead of Farooq, I gave the words of the most senior judge, but I am a heart patient, since the affidavit was written three years later at the age of 72 under mental pressure, therefore, due to a misunderstanding, write the name of Justice Amir Farooq instead of the senior peony judge. gave

In the reply, it was said that no serving judge of this court is involved in this dispute, I apologize unconditionally to all the serving judges of this court for my misunderstanding, so I leave myself at the mercy of the court, so I request a polite request from the court. I want the court to accept my apology.

On this occasion, Chief Justice Atharmanullah remarked that we do not want to harm anyone in contempt of court, we have no ego if a genuine person apologizes.

Chief Justice Athar Manullah inquired that Rana Shamim is still sticking to his sworn statement. The accused’s lawyer said yes, but the judge’s name was written wrongly.

In this letter, the Chief Justice said that an affidavit and an apology cannot go together, if this is the case, this court will clear itself. This court has always shown magnanimity when asking for forgiveness from the heart.

Rana Shamim’s lawyer Latif Afridi pleaded for some respite, so the Chief Justice asked him to submit his apology in the form of an affidavit.

Rana Shamim asked to submit the affidavit today, so the Chief Justice said that you should think carefully and write everything in the affidavit and submit it by September 19.

The judicial assistant suggested to publish the new affidavit of Rana Shamim in the newspaper, so the Chief Justice said that he will look into this matter as well.
