President Supreme Court Bar Ahsan Bhavan says that the decision of the Supreme Court in the case related to 63A is against the Constitution.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the judicial year, President Supreme Court Bar Ahsan Bhawan said that despite the holidays, the Supreme Court heard the cases, the number of cases decreased due to the actions of the Chief Justice, but at that time the judges in the Supreme Court The number of judges is less, the process of justice delivery has slowed down due to non-appointment of five judges.

Ahsan Bhavan said that conspiracies against the constitution and democracy caused unnecessary chaos in the country, and the control of the higher judiciary was tried again and again in the lust for power.

Condemning the role of the judiciary, judges and their family on social media, he said that any kind of insulting talk against the judiciary is intolerable, the role of the judiciary should be taken notice of.

President Supreme Court Bar Ahsan Bhawan said that the Supreme Court’s decision of Article 63A is against the Constitution, a full court should be formed to hear the review of the Article 63A decision and to give the right of appeal in Article 183/3 cases. Legislation should also be made.
