United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres, who visited Pakistan, was also impressed by the spirit of the Pakistani people to help the flood victims.

Pakistan is one of the few countries in the world where the people actively participate in welfare work, be it earthquake disaster or helping people displaced by floods, Pakistani people always take the lead.

In view of the recent catastrophic rains and flood situation in Pakistan, even after the large-scale loss of life and property, apart from the government and welfare institutions, the people also came forward to help the flood victims. United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres also acknowledged on social media.

In a message on social media, Antonio Guterres wrote that he went to the people of flood-affected areas in Pakistan, sharing what they have with others.
