Threatening a female judge is not terrorism, the case should be dismissed: Imran Khan

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan has submitted a written statement to the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) in the case of threatening a female judge.

In his reply, Imran Khan has said that what he said in the speech does not fall under the category of terrorism, I am innocent, the case should be dismissed.

Imran Khan submitted a written statement to the JIT through his lawyer. I am the chairman of Tehreek-e-Insaf, I have been the prime minister of Pakistan, the government tortured Shahbaz Gill due to political opposition, the report filed in the Islamabad High Court proved that Shahbaz Gill was tortured.

Imran Khan said that what he said in the speech does not fall under the category of terrorism, did not do any illegal act and did not harm anyone.

It should be noted that despite the court order, Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan has not been investigated in the terrorism case so far.

Imran Khan was summoned by the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) at Margalla Police Station today at 3 PM but he did not appear. Imran Khan has obtained interim bail from the Anti-Terrorism Court till September 12.

On Imran Khan’s absence, the police will submit a challan to the court with a statement.

The notice to appear before the JIT was sent to Imran Khan by his security officer SP Raja Tahir.

It should be noted that in the case of threatening Additional Sessions Judge of Islamabad Zeba Chaudhry, the Islamabad High Court stopped the police from submitting a challan to the anti-terrorism court and ordered Imran Khan to be investigated in the case of terrorism.
