The name of former fast bowler Aqib Javed started trending on Twitter after the success of the national team thanks to the excellent batting of the Pakistani openers in the second T20 against England.

It should be noted that the former fast bowler of the national cricket team and the director of cricket operations of Pakistan Super League franchise Lahore Qalandars, Aqib Javed, criticized Pakistani openers captain Babar Azam and Rizwan for their low run rate.

Aqib Javed said that our openers are number one number two T20 batsmen, but they are not going to win any tournament, what should they do, there is one opener among them who, when he starts the innings, at that time the run rate is 8. He plays 15 overs and leaves with a run rate of 17.

On another occasion, Aqib Javed criticized Babar Azam and said that when we have a match against Karachi Kings in PSL, we don’t try to get Babar Azam out (because he plays slow).

Babar Azam scored 110 runs and Rizwan remained unbeaten with 88 runs against England in the second T20 today, thanks to which Pakistan achieved the mountain target of 200 runs of the visiting team without losing any wicket in the last over.

Babar Azam scored 110 runs off 66 balls which included 5 sixes and 11 fours, while Rizwan played an innings of 88 runs off 51 balls which included 4 sixes and 5 fours.

After the brilliant batting of Pakistani openers, especially Babar Azam, social media users took Aqib Javed with open arms and started trolling him on Twitter.

A user posted a picture of English captain Moeen Ali and wrote, “We were forbidden by Aqib Javed not to dismiss Babar.”

A user thanked Aqib Javed for criticizing Babar, so he responded with his bat.

A user posted a meme of a scene from an Indian film showing Aqib Javed going underground after watching Babar’s batting.

Apart from this, other users also shared different memes regarding Aqib Javed.
