Supreme Court AJK order Rabbani to submit written apology in court

(Faheem Akhter Rabbani)

Mirpur (Azadi Times) Azad Kashmir Supreme Court has ordered Law of Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) Minister Sardar Faheem Akhtar Rabbani to submit a written apology to the court within seven days in the contempt of court case.

Law Minister Sardar Fahim Akhtar Rabbani appeared in the Azad Kashmir Supreme Court on Friday and sought pardon from the court in the contempt of court case. Appeared before the bench consisting of Tahir and presented the suspension order of his own A in the Supreme Court. He put the matter on the PA, on which the court expressed its indignation and ordered the immediate restoration of the PA.

The court remarked why not send you without a flagged vehicle to which the Law Minister sought an apology. The court remarked that you need to study the law. Why did the Supreme Court meet with the secretaries of the political parties? What is our relationship? The Supreme Court adjourned the hearing by ordering the submission of a written apology within seven days. Remember the Chief Justice of Azad Kashmir, Justice Raja Saeed.

Akram Khan summoned the Minister of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs Sardar Faheem Akhtar Rabbani to the Asalta Court on August 12 for an improper code of conduct. According to the press release of the Supreme Court issued two days ago, the Chief Justice of Azad Kashmir along with other judges had gone to the village of former Chief Justice of Azad Kashmir Chaudhry Azam Khan for the death of his wife.

Meanwhile, Law Minister KPK answered the call and said that you are on hold, the Law Minister wants to talk to you and then the Law Minister spoke and requested to call a meeting of the secretaries of the political parties, which is a very inappropriate and insulting act. And it is condemnable that such an act undermines the powers of the Chief Justice of Azad Kashmir. On which the Chief Justice of Azad Kashmir immediately convened a meeting of the Judges Council in which the matter of the Law Minister was discussed.

The council unanimously decided that an explanation should be sought about the conduct of the Law Minister. Directly spoke to the Chief Justice of Azad Kashmir and requested a meeting with the secretaries on which a summons notice was issued.
