32 people have died after a fire broke out in a bar near Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
According to international media, the said bar was located on the second floor of a building in a residential area near Ho Chi Minh City where the fire incident occurred.
According to the Vietnamese Ministry of Security, 32 people, including 17 men and 15 women, were killed in the bar fire, while 11 people were seriously injured.
According to Vietnamese state media, the bodies of eight people were found in the bar’s washroom, possibly due to suffocation, the building was engulfed in smoke after the fire, and the lack of emergency exits led to more deaths.
According to Vietnamese authorities, the fire has been brought under control and rescuers are trying to find people trapped inside.
