Azad Kashmir: PM Inaugurates ‘PM Smart Portal ‘ Web Portal

MUZAFFARABAD: (Azadi Times) A historic initiative to improve governance in Azad Kashmir, direct access of people to the government and register complaints, the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan launched PM Smart Azad Kashmir, a file tracking system, complaints cell. And inaugurated a special portal regarding price control.

On this occasion, Director General for IT, Dr. Muhammad Rafiq, along with his team, gave a briefing to the Prime Minister and said that through the Prime Minister’s Portal, customer complaints can be sent directly to the Prime Minister’s Office. It will be a user-friendly portal that will enable people to directly access the Prime Minister. Complaints can also be made to the concerned departments through the complaint portals.

 

These complaints portals and online applications aboard the team have prepared a local free offcast on which people from remote areas can register their complaints sitting at home.

Speaking on the occasion, Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan said. That power is the religion of the Lord, if Allah Ta’ala has appointed you to a position, then you should make serving the people a masterpiece and try to do the work of others.

 

The complaints of overseas Kashmiris and locals should be resolved immediately so that the common people In the era of e-commerce, the world has become a global village, but we are still running with an outdated system that needs to be innovated. IT education will be made public in Azad Kashmir.

 

IT parks will be established at the level. He said that the time frame for listening to the complaints and their implementation will be determined in the portal, for which a regular system should be established in the Prime Minister’s Office for monitoring.

The people sitting in the Prime Minister’s Grievance Cell should be trained so that they can guide the public in a better way.
