Recognition of Just Demands: Acknowledging the just demands of the Azad Kashmir populace, the committee stressed the importance of reaching a speedy resolution.
Disputed Territory Status: The statement emphasized that Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan remain disputed territories, neither falling under any Pakistani province nor subject to constitutional decision-making. As a result, state intervention must be restrained.
Immediate Release of Detainees: The committee called for the immediate release of all innocent detainees in Azad Kashmir.
Resource Allocation: Resources in Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan should be directed toward benefiting the local population, with a cessation of exploitation by non-local capitalists.
