  5. Getting complete sleep is also important for weight loss. If you want your weight to reduce rapidly and your stomach to shrink, then get enough sleep. Incomplete sleep increases obesity. 
  6. Eating things rich in fiber is also effective in reducing belly fat. You can include porridge, fruits, and other sources of fiber in your diet. 
  7. Avoiding intoxicants like alcohol is important for weight loss. Along with intoxicants, focus on reducing the consumption of cold drinks and soda.
