Agreed to reserve more seats for Occupied Kashmir in the Legislative Assembly

ISLAMABAD (PID) Prime Minister Azad Jammu Kashmir Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan had an important meeting with the President Azad Jammu Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry in the President’s House in which the people of Occupied Kashmir were asked to represent the state of Jammu and Kashmir in the representative legislative assembly. It was agreed that the President and the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir will continue the ongoing movement in Occupied Kashmir to further burn Pakistan, raise voice on Indian atrocities and violations of human rights and provide more effective ways to the movement of Occupied Kashmir on national and international forums. It was decided to take steps to raise it. Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan and President Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry have agreed on legislation to allocate specific seats in the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly for Kashmiris living across the LoC. Prime Minister Azad Kashmir and President Azad Kashmir agreed to give effective representation to the non-Muslims of Occupied Kashmir in the Legislative Assembly of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, while consultations were also held on allocating honorary seats to the staunch Muslim leaders who played an important role during the Pakistan Movement. Prime Minister Azad Kashmir Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan and President Azad Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mehmood declared that the hearts of non-Muslim Kashmiris living across the LoC along with Muslims also beat for Pakistan, their emotions and feelings are connected with us that’s why. We value them. Both the leaders say that humanity is ashamed of the way Dalits are being treated in India. Kashmiri Pandits, Sikhs, Parsis also dream of a complete Pakistan because in the vision of Pakistan by the father of the nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, all religions were given equal opportunities to live and the followers of all religions got complete freedom and protection in the state of Pakistan. Both the leaders agreed that the political leaders of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and the non-Muslim community in the base camp of Tehreek Azadi Kashmir have full privilege in the Legislative Assembly, so they will give them full representation while enacting legislation. Both the leaders say that Kashmiris on both sides of the LoC have and will continue to have the right to live according to their own religions. For these great goals, the government and the opposition must take steps to strengthen the joint Pakistan Movement. He has played an active role in the past and will continue this struggle till the achievement of his goal in the future.
