If the Speaker makes a mistake, punish me, the Chief Minister of Punjab will reach the court

Lahore (Dharti News) Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has challenged the Governor’s de-notification move in the Lahore High Court. The petition filed in the court said that the Governor has no power to unconstitutionally de-notify the Chief Minister. It is unconstitutional to de-notify me and the cabinet for not calling the Speaker’s meeting. The hearing on the petition will be held today.
