Rawalkot Bar Elections, Khalid Muhammad and Saeed Shafi Advocate Candidates for the Presidency

Rawalkot (Bureau Report) Candidates have submitted their nomination papers for the District Bar Association Rawalkot elections. The nomination papers will be scrutinized today. According to the press release issued by Chairman Election Board Sardar Ghalib Haleem Advocate, Sardar Khalid Mahmood Advocate and Sardar Saeed Shafi Advocate have submitted their papers for the post of President. For the post of Vice President, Syed Soheb Hussain Shah Advocate and Sardar Riaz Ahmed Advocate have submitted papers, for the post of General Secretary Sardar Bilal Shakeel Advocate, Zulfikar Hussain Advocate and Shamila Afsar Advocate have submitted papers, for Joint Secretary Sardar Atib Irshad Advocate. And Muhammad Sher Khan Advocate has submitted his submissions. However, no candidate has submitted nomination papers for the members of Majlis-e-Amaila. Remember that District Bar Association elections are going to be held on February 13. After the examination of the papers today, the approval or rejection decision is to be taken on February 8, against which an appeal can be made to the Chairman Executive Committee Bar Council. Appeals will be decided on February 9, while the last date for withdrawal of nomination papers is February 10. The final list of candidates will also be displayed on February 10, while polling will be held on February 13. Campaigning for District Bar Association elections is in full swing. A three-member Election Board has been appointed to conduct the elections, the chairman of which is Sardar Ghalib Haleem Advocate, while the members include Sardar Muhammad Rashid Khan Advocate and Sardar Saeed Ahmed Advocate. The security fee for the candidates participating in the elections is 10,000 rupees for the post of president and the practice period is 10 years, for the vice president the fee is 8,000 rupees and the practice period is 10 years, for the general secretary the fee is 8,000 rupees and the practice period is 10 years. The term is seven years, the fee for the joint secretary is six thousand rupees and the practice period is three years.
