ECC’s directive to send new summary of reasonable paracetamol prices

The Economic Co-ordination Committee (ECC) has directed to send a new summary to keep prices of paracetamol reasonable.

A meeting of the Economic Coordination Committee was held under the chairmanship of Finance Minister Miftah Ismail in which many important decisions were taken.

According to the announcement, it was approved to give a fund of 10 billion rupees to NDMA for the flood victims, from which NDMA will purchase relief goods, while it was approved to release 5 billion rupees out of 10 billion to NDMA immediately.

ECC has allowed restricted goods arriving in Pakistan till August 18, 2022 to be released with surcharge.

The ECC has directed to send a new summary on keeping the prices of paracetamol reasonable, while the summary of the Ministry of Food on import of wheat from Gwadar port has been delayed.
