Chandigarh, May 12 (Azadi Times) The management of the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) of the Indian city of Chandi gave 36 nursing students the opportunity to listen to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s monthly radio speech “Man Ki Baat”. For not listening, he has been prevented from leaving the hostel for a week.

According to Azadi Times News Network, the “PGIMER” management in a written order directed all the nursing students to listen to the 100th episode of Narendra Modi’s “Mann Ki Baat” broadcast on April 30 on the campus.

Compulsory presence, however, 36 students did not listen to the speech, on which the administration prevented them from going out of the hostel for a week as a punishment.

Meanwhile, Manoj Labana, president of Chandigarh Youth Congress, in a statement termed the action of the administration of “PGIMER” as a dictatorial decision and said that its aim is to harass the female students.
