Kashmir Solidarity Day organized in collaboration with “Khadija Zareen Khan Foundation” and Noorul Hudaya Madrasa.
Rawalkot (Dharti News) Kashmir Solidarity Day was celebrated on February 5th with the support of the private educational institution Madrasah Noorul Hudaya Rawalkot organized by the famous social organization “Khadija Zareen Khan Foundation”. People from civil society and different walks of life participated. Various Kashmiri products were also exhibited on this occasion while school children presented various programs regarding “Kashmir” which were highly appreciated by the participants. An attempt was made to show Indian brutality in occupied Kashmir and the silence of the world through the sketches presented by the children. At the beginning of Madrasah Noorulhuda Principal Faiza Sagheer explained the aims and objectives of the event organized on February 5 regarding the Kashmir Solidarity Day and said that it is very important to inform the students about the importance of this day. He thanked Madam Khadija Zareen Khan, chairperson of Khadija Zareen Khan Foundation, for He gave every kind of support in the organization of the program for which we are grateful to him. He emphasized that they should fight for the freedom of Kashmir unitedly against the infidels. Brigadier (Rtd) Muhammad Zareen Khan in his speech said that India is committing a big crime by killing troops in Occupied Kashmir. It has made the lives of Kashmiris miserable. It is necessary to support those who are currently living in the most difficult conditions. He thanked the administrators of Madrasah Noorul Hudaya Rawalkot for cooperating with “Khadija Zareen Khan Foundation” in organizing such a wonderful program. Madam Khadija Zareen Khan, chairperson of the foundation, while speaking as the chief guest, said that the aim of her foundation is to provide education opportunities for the rich and the poor in the society on an equal basis, to awaken the awareness among the youth and to help the disadvantaged groups. He said that the difficulty our brothers and sisters are living in Occupied Kashmir today. This feeling may be difficult sitting here. In these situations we should play our role fully. He said that it is the need of time to acquaint the youth with these situations and our organization is doing its duty by organizing such programs. She said that the setup of the foundation will soon be expanded to the whole of Azad Kashmir and for this it requires the support of people with heartache like you and unique institutions like Madrasa Noorul Hudaya Rawalkot. Congratulated the principal and staff of the college for the excellent performance of the children of Rawalkot and announced Rs.100,000 for the children of the school.
