Gilgit (Gilgit-Baltistan): In his address to the Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly, Muhammad Kazim Maisam, Provincial Minister for Agriculture and Leader of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen, said that families of prisoners are on sit-in in Gilgit-Baltistan.
Azadi Times: It has to be taken out, the treatment of these prisoners is very sad. This is a sensitive issue that needs to be addressed immediately. There is a limit to oppression.
He said that the policy of divide and rule was being implemented in Gilgit-Baltistan. He said that peace, unity and solidarity had been established with difficulty. The region cannot afford to plunge Gilgit-Baltistan into any crisis.
We stand with the oppressed. I will not talk about the major tragedies that have taken place in the past. However, it is important to say that those who obstruct the solution of the captivity problem should not create more crises in the region.
The rest of the region could be affected by this issue. If such atrocities do not end in GB, then in the next House I will name these motives and those responsible and put them before the people.
