The Sindh Cabinet has fixed the price of wheat for 2022-23 at 4 thousand rupees.
Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah said that if wheat is not harvested this year, a famine-like situation will occur.
The Chief Minister of Sindh said that there is still a high level of flood in Kotri, the level of the lake is increasing due to water flowing into Manchhar from various channels.
He said that the level of Manchhar is expected to decrease by tomorrow.
The Sindh Cabinet was informed in the briefing that till September 10, 1 lakh 83 thousand 424 tents, 1 lakh 45 thousand 90 tarpaulins, 13 lakh 85 thousand 105 mosquito nets have been distributed.
Health Minister Dr. Ezra Pechuho said that 13 lakh 63 thousand 312 patients have been treated in various camps.
He said that there are 5,636 pregnant women in the camps, these women are being given treatment as well as supplements.
