Muzaffarabad: Due to the death of an elderly citizen who came to Nograan village of Hattian Bala to vote in the local body election at Aliot near Murree (Pakistan), the local candidates of Nograan village have jointly decided not to be part of the polling process today. Azadi Times Reported..,

According to details, Muhammad Akram son of Shahnawaz, Ijaz Ahmed son of Muhammad Aslam, Majid Khan son of Ghulam Hussain and Zarveed Khan son of Muhammad Farid were coming to poll their votes in the municipal elections when their car near Dhaka Aliot near Murree.

As a result of the accident, Muhammad Akram son of Shah Nawaz died on the spot, while Ijaz Ahmed son of Muhammad Aslam, Majid Khan son of Ghulam Hussain and Zarweed Khan son of Muhammad Fareed residents of Nogran were injured.

Liaquat Hussain Awan, PTI President Muhammad Mahmood Awan and the dignitaries of the area jointly decided that they and all the people of the village will not participate in the polling of District Council and Ward Nugran today, in this regard Election Commission and Returning Officer.

It will be requested that they Fix a new polling date for the Nogran polling station limits on which day the people of Nogran can cast their votes in favor of their favorite candidates.
