Muzaffarabad (Azadi Times) Promotion of Programmer in Information Department  Advertising Officer Sardar Shamim Anjum Aziz has been promoted as Programmer B-17.

Regular notification issued by the Secretariat Information. Sardar Shamim is a BS Computer Science degree holder and is studying in the final semester of MSc Mass Communication.

He has 7 years of experience in software development and has developed websites for various government agencies. While in the Information Department, he has been working as an Advertising Officer for seven years.
