He was going to Risalpur for a function of his son, who is in the Air Force, when he suffered a fatal heart attack. The body of the deceased was brought back to Muzaffarabad.
The deceased was the owner of a very dignified and pleasant personality. He was earlier Commissioner in Poonch Division and Deputy Commissioner in Bagh.
