In the Srinagar district of central Kashmir, a couple was arrested for allegedly impersonating as an IAS officer and IPS officer.
An official told The Kashmiriyat that a couple identified as Manmohan Ganjoo and his wife Ayoush Koul were arrested for impersonating as officers.

The two had duped several persons of Lakhs of rupees and promised their jobs and transfers along with other favours, he said.
“A couple arrested for Impersonating as IPS & IAS Officer. They had duped many persons of lakhs of rupees by promising jobs/ transfers & other favours.
