MUZAFFARABAD: (Azadi Times) – Arrest warrants issued for the newly elected mayor of Muzaffarabad, Syed Sikander Gilani, former education minister Syed Iftikhar Gilani, and his brother Syed Mehr Gilani. The judicial magistrate of Muzaffarabad issued the warrants amidst serious allegations of land fraud involving the high-profile figures.
The controversy centers around a disputed 10 Kanal plot of land, which the complainant claims was unlawfully acquired by Syed Mehr Gilani through collusion and forgery.
