MUZAFFARABAD: Azad Jammu and Kashmir High Court Justice Shahid Bihar, while hearing the writ petition, allowed the councilors elected on special seats to contest the election of chairman, vice chairman, mayor, deputy mayor, and suspended the ordinance issued by the president.

Haroon Riaz Mughal Advocate Supreme Court, Ahmad Nawaz Tanuli Advocate, Raja Hameed Advocate and Mohsin Ali Naqvi Advocate followed on behalf of the petitioner.
