Birmingham: The British Kashmiri widow started crying in front of the media, we should be given justice.
Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas, Chief Justice Supreme Court, IG Azad Kashmir request through media justice. Rawalpindi Gulestan Colony 12 marla, her husband took a plot and built a house, at that time his children were small, and now the value of this house is two and a half to three crore rupees.
Accusing the woman, she said that we have evidence, an SP of Azad Kashmir had requested our Kothi Hatiali, to be returned to us, to the Inspector General of Police of Azad Kashmir, on the basis of which a committee (JIT) was formed.
Due to the departmental influence of the said, the committee broke up after half of the statements. The influence can be estimated from the fact that when the team at the DIG level came for inquiry, their residence is within the limits of Nad police station.
The concerned police station returned them saying that the victim’s family had returned back to the UK, despite this, when the team led by the DIG reached outside the closed house to take pictures and put them in the report, they were shocked to see that the house was empty.
The widow is there with her children, at that time the DIG came to know that there is something black in the dal, and after that, the committee broke up.
Talking to the media, the son said that a fake power of attorney was made from Birmingham Pakistan Consulate in 2013 through forgery.
I have proofs and affidavits that neither our passport number nor my NADRA card matches with this power of attorney, our house was stolen by this SSP with this forgery.
To make it more fake and difficult, Kothi which is on 12 marlas, five marlas he gave in his name and the remaining seven marlas in the name of a Pathan, how is this possible?
Pakistan’s Foreign Minister and High Commission to investigate the power of attorney issued by the London, Birmingham Consulate in 2013 and recommend stricter punishment against the officers involved. His son Raja Muhammad Nawaz said We can never leave our father’s property.
That property is not only a house but beautiful memories of my father are connected with it. In 2013, my brother got married inside this house. Raja Nawaz Malik further said, we invest in Pakistan and Azad Kashmir by getting money from our hard work day and night in the UK.
We visit there almost every year, to benefit our country financially but to protect us from these mafias hiding in government uniforms inside the departments. Now when we file a case in police, complain at IG and DIG level, we get death threats, assaults, false drug cases and life imprisonment.
are given An inquiry commission should be formed to resolve the matter and the confidence of the Overseas Committee to invest in the country should be restored.
