Positive Transformation in Society Impossible Without Education, Says Azad Kashmir Higher Education Minister

Kotli (Azadi Times): Minister of Higher Education Zafar Iqbal Malik emphasized the indispensable role of education in societal positive transformation.

Particularly, he addressed the Welfare Society under the auspices of the Raj Mahal Union Council in educational institutions from primary to matric levels, highlighting the distribution of warm shawls and sweaters to orphaned, underprivileged, and needy female students in view of the upcoming winter season.

During the ceremony, Regional Director of Colleges Mirpur and Poonch, Dr. Nazar Hussain, District Education Officer for Women, Saeeda Andaleeb, District Counselor Shahid Rashid Malik, including Chairman, Vice Chairman, and numerous local councilors, along with a large number of the local community, participated.
