ISLAMABAD: The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has announced to give nearly two and a half billion dollars in flood relief to Pakistan.

Federal Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar met the Country Director of Asian Development Bank Yong Zee and the bank’s delegation.

According to the Ministry of Finance, the Finance Minister told the bank’s delegation about the ravages of the flood, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar gave a briefing on the impact of the flood on the country’s economy.

But on June 25, 1980, the Dogra Act was enacted and rules were made to obtain the certificate of resident state in Azad Kashmir, and the Act of 1971 expired.

Legislation can. Procedures for investigating and inquiring into illegal or forged resident state certificates or domicile certificates have been laid down and punishments have been proposed for those who obtain certificates illegally. After the implementation of the “State Subject Certificate” in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, a non-state woman can become a first-class citizen if she marries a state citizen, but no non-state man can become a first-class citizen under any circumstances. If a woman marries a non-state person, she will have to live in that state to retain her citizenship. If she moves abroad, then she will lose her right to citizenship. And will only be entitled to inherited property.

However, the inherited property will not be able to be transferred to his children, but he will have the power to sell it, which can only be purchased by the resident of the state. If a state woman takes up residence in the state after marrying a non-state person, her husband will have to go a long way to become a third-class citizen. A non-state woman will also lose her citizenship if she leaves the state after her husband’s death. However, if she does not give up her permanent residence, the resident state will remain at the same level as her husband was in the resident state. According to the rules, the District Magistrate will issue the resident state certificate.

The applicant has to submit the application along with the relevant documents to the Magistrate. He will send the application to the District Magistrate after verifying all the documents. The resident state decides whether or not to issue the certificate. In case the application is rejected, an appeal can be made to the government within thirty days.

Not only the people of Jaboota area, but also the people of Khaigala, the transport union, and the tradesmen’s union had fully supported the sit-in.

So a notification was issued regarding the completion of Khaigala to Ali Sujal road. Relying on that notification, our people announced to end the sit-in. But till now no work could be started on this road. There is a limit to tolerance.

Those who sit in the assemblies of Muzaffarabad are devils disguised as human beings who have nothing to do with the problems, pains and sufferings of the people. They just have to sit in the assemblies of Islamabad.

There is nothing else except the mediation of the rulers. Regarding the demand for the same road, some of our revolutionary, conscientious and courageous youths have been on hunger strike for the past five or six days, but the rulers and the administration have not paid attention to the ears of Poonch.

They have no interest in the fact that they are also human beings! These are our people too, after five years we attend their doors wagging our tails like a dog to get votes. But no such a world of indifference is not found in wild beasts as much as in Muzaffarabad. The pimp who sits in me is found among the rulers.

Tomorrow, Saturday, at nine o’clock in the day, a caravan will leave Ali Sojal with the same demand for the road for which we were cheated earlier.

If not today, then never again. If you want to live with better facilities, you will have to leave tomorrow. All the people of Khaigala, the transport union, the trade union are requested to support our youth because the transport runs on this road, this road is also yours!
