Kanala Union Council Kai Manjah Tehsil Muzaffarabad has submitted a request to the Chief Election Commissioner complaining that despite the code of conduct set by the Election Commission, Planning and Development Minister Chaudhry Muhammad Rasheed, MLA Constituency 4 Hattian Dupatta in the election campaign. They are busy and campaigning day and night. In the light of the contents, the Election Commission has issued a notice to the Minister for Planning and Development, MLA Constituency 4 Hattian Dupatta, taking action under the rules and directing that the report should be sent to the commission and also if there is any complaint. If he does, action should be taken under the rules.
