Joint Public Action Committee Announces July 15 Long March Towards Muzaffarabad

Muzaffarabad | July 9, 2026: The Joint Public Action Committee (JPAC) has announced that it will begin a long march towards Muzaffarabad on July 15, warning that its movement could take a broader direction if its demands remain unmet.

In a statement issued on July 9, the committee said that after July 14, its campaign would no longer remain limited to the existing Charter of Demands, indicating that new objectives and announcements would be unveiled as the movement progresses.

“On July 15, we will march towards Muzaffarabad. After July 14, our demands will no longer be confined to this Charter of Demands. We will come forward with a new announcement,” the committee said in its statement.

Committee Signals Expansion of Protest Movement

The announcement suggests that the Joint Public Action Committee is preparing to broaden the scope of its campaign if its current demands are not addressed before the stated deadline.
